Their signature product is Rocky Road, a combination of soft hand-crafted marshmallow with their secret recipe strawberry jelly (made completely from scratch, including the pectin) and encased with Noosa Chocolate Factory chocolate. It is available in 36% milk or 70% dark chocolate. The Rocky Road is by far their most popular product, although they have an impressive selection in their shops.
Some of their locations also have cafes, including the one in Brisbane city (takeaway only). There are several different hot chocolates on the menu, but I came here to try their Rocky Road hot chocolate. You get a choice of milk or dark. The dark was nice, not as sweet as I expected. As an added surprise, there is a big chunk of rocky road thrown int you cup that you get to lick out at the end.

Verdict: There are a lot of chocolate companies in Australia with the words Chocolate and Factory in them…and most are best avoided. But not this one. Noosa Chocolate Factory, 156 Adelaide Street, Brisbane. More locations available here.
