When it comes to visually stunning, viral hot chocolates, Little Cafe on Robson knows what they are doing. These were the first two hot chocolates that we stopped for on our epic two day tour of the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival (we ended up trying 21 in total!). The first, the hot chocolate supreme, is a 70% thick dark drinking chocolate served inside a giant circular croissant (yes, you read correctly). This is topped with whipping cream. You sip the hot chocolate through a straw, then eat the hot chocolate soaked croissant. What’s not to like (and the hot chocolate was very nice. The second hot chocolate we had was a matcha ganache base hot chocolate topped with whipping cream and matcha vermicelli. We were too full to try the food but it looked and smelled delicious.
